    This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is situated by the sand dunes and overlooks the beautiful Atlantic ocean.
    Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages on the spacious private balcony with an ocean view!
    The condo has a full kitchen, and dining area. Sleeping arrangements are a king, queen, and twin.
    There are two pristine pools on site (seasonal). Also a grilling area, and a playground for the kids.

    This condo is located on the first floor. There are steps, but we do have a luggage lift!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was clean, well organized and roomy (only 2 of us). A couple of points though: we weren't able to enjoy the jetted tub because the hot water ran out before the tub was even half full, with no hot water having been used for several hours. Also, in cold weather, the floor stays very cold. Bring some very warm socks or plan to wear shoes in the unit the entire time. Over all, a great stay though.

Older condo but very accessible to the beach. The owners were very forthcoming and set proper expectations. We arrived and had no problems. Would recommend to anyone needing a break. Very close to many restaurants as well as the many sites. Hoping to return in the future!

Ideal setting for the beach. Away from the busy downtown core, but close to it. Lisa and Mike were there is answer all our questions and provide recommendations for eating, shopping and activities. We really look forward to visiting again

Amazing View & Awesome Hosts

The condo is very comfortable for a few people and the kitchen was up to date and had everything we needed. Mike and Lisa were very accommodating hosts, without being overbearing. The location is really the best though: the views of the ocean are awesome and the distance to great places to visit and eat is the best.

Restful beach retreat

We stayed in the off season which left the beaches empty for relaxing walks. The condo has ocean facing sliders with a lovely balcony. The master bedroom allows you to sip coffee from the bed and watch the sunrise. Just wonderful!

We enjoyed being so close to the beach with kids and all of their stuff and when they got bored with the beach (which I don’t understand) there are 2 pools for enjoyment. The condo is comfortable and we enjoyed most of our meals there. Mike & Lisa are great always available if you have any questions,

Wonderful Trip

My parents enjoyed their stay very much. The trip was a gift to my dad for his 80th birthday and he and my mom enjoyed the tranquility of "off-season" Nags Head very much and thought that the accommodations were clean and very well maintained. They would most definitely return!

We love Pier View

This was our third stay at Pier View Condos. It was our first time in Mike and Lisa's unit #102. The condo was clean, well supplied, and had a lovely view. Mike and Lisa were great, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We will be back.

This place is amazing. Mike and Lisa are wonderful hosts. Recommend resturants places to shop things to do. We actually arrived on the eve of a tropical storm. They made sure we we ok during yhe whole thing. Any problems were handled tight away with no questions asked. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy condo

I chose this condo for its location and price. Just a short drive from our home in Virginia and we were relaxing in such a cozy space right at the beach. We loved that we had a great view of the ocean and that it was just a few steps away. The fire place was a wonderful perk for our winter visit. The condo was well appointed with all that we needed to get our stay going. Its close proximity to shops was great. We aren’t big on eating out and the kitchen had everything I needed for meal prepping. The space is really welcoming, we felt right at home within minutes of arriving. Especially loved the shells for signing rather than the usual guestbook. I’m already trying to figure out when we can go back.

Nag's Head is nagging me to come back!

This property is located right on a fabulous stretch of beach. I have no idea how it is in the hot months, but in the winter, it was like a little slice of Paradise to watch the moods of the ocean, delight in the glory of clean sand and walk for a good stretch at a time, without having to see anyone in a bikini or Speedo. I could also sit on the balcony and stare out to sea, which I did, every chance I got. The owners, Mike and Lisa, are attentive and thoughtful, and responded to any texts almost immediately. They feel like they could quickly become your friends. Every dining experience we had was outstanding, and you can trust me on 2 things for sure: the food at nearby "Single Fin" and the coffee at "Ashley's Espresso Parlour." Seriously, trust me.I'd go back tomorrow, if my kids would let me.
