Surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, Ohana offers the ultimate setting for an unforgettable vacation. With 8 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a private bath, along with 2 half baths and an additional full bath by the tiki bar, this home is designed for both comfort and privacy. The interior is filled with natural light, and the open-plan living spaces make it ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing while gazing out at the waves, dolphins, and pelicans. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances—including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens—offers ample space for preparing meals with ease. Outdoors, you can savor the fresh ocean breeze while lounging by the private pool or soaking in the hot tub. Inside, the rec room features a pool table, and the home is equipped with Smart TVs, DVD players, and a stereo system with surround sound and outdoor speakers for the deck and pool area. The kitchen is fully stocked, featuring a beverage fridge, and two washers and dryers, ensuring convenience for every guest.

Recent updates make Ohana even more inviting. In 2025, refreshed furnishings and carpeting. In 2023, the pool was resurfaced, and a new beverage fridge was added. In 2022, the home underwent a professional redesign, with new living room and dining room furniture, updated chandeliers, and a completely remodeled pool cabana featuring granite countertops and cushioned seating. Fresh bedding was added to all bedrooms, new furniture was installed in the game room, and Polywood deck furniture was introduced. Numerous new kitchen items were also added to enhance the overall guest experience.

Pool Heat Fee: $600 ***Pool Heat NOT Available: June July or August
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher, pool heat does not work if the air temperature is below 60 degrees), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
Beach Access Information – Village at Nags Head

All homes in the Village at Nags Head are located between Mileposts 14 and 15, with community beach access and a bathhouse available at approximately Milepost 14.5 (4329 South Va Dare Trail).

Parking passes are required to use the private beach access, and this home provides two parking permits for your stay. Guests staying in our oceanfront homes will enjoy direct beach access from the property and may not need to use the parking permits.

Family stay

This home was absolutely phenomenal for a large family or multiple families. The layout was perfect the kitchen was so extremely stocked and ready for large family meals to be cooked. 10/10 we did have a problem with our pool but eventually they were able to rectify the situation. I still recommend it.

Good for Families with children

Great for multiple families with children given the easy access to beach. Short distance to grocery stores and churches. Abundant fridge/freezer space. Bathrooms in every bedroom make this house extra-appealing. Kitchen is very well-stocked with everything needed for meal planning. Eating areas and great room were spacious. Two washers and 2 dryers made laundry days easy. The option of heating of the pool, in our opinion, was not worth the cost of what is only a marginal rise in temperature.

It has it all! The location is perfect with a quick drive to either end of the strip. The mgmt company was very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach reality was very helpful, and the few minor things were corrected quickly with a smile. The house was clean. he only drawback to this property was the very difficult climb off the beach to the stairs. I would compare this to to an oceanside home with short access to beach. the ocean is visible from the third floor but the beach was not.

Great property

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We had a group of 6 adults and 1 child and the house was absolutely perfect. The elevator worked great for my handicapped aunt. The house was super clean and had every cooking utensil you could need. We made some elaborate dinners. The house is in the center of everything-restaurants and grocery stores and things to do around town. Overall we loved our experience there!

Will use Verb again!

Everything went so well. We loved the house, although the dunes interfered with our view of the beach from the top floor deck. The house was great but we suggest new mattresses!! And felt pads on legs of the kitchen table chairs! Other than that, all was great! We would definitely book through Verb and Beach Realty again.

Pool not open( homes on either side of this rental had people enjoying their pools) but fireplace not available either.
