This beautiful home is located directly across from the Villages of Nags Head private beach access, which is considered one of the top beach accesses in all of the Outer Banks. You have a newly added private walkway right outside the pool deck that will take you directly across the street to the beach access. This handicap-accessible beach access provides outdoor showers, restrooms and a shaded gazebo so that you can enjoy your day at the beach. This outstanding home has incredible ocean views and beautiful beach cottage décor. C-Dreams is ideally located near the Outer Banks Mall, outstanding restaurants and convenient grocery stores. This property is also ideally located if you decide to venture to Manteo or Hatteras Island. C-Dreams has a King Master Bedroom suite on the top floor with access to the top deck and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. An open floor plan for the kitchen, family room and dining area allows you to enjoy the scenic ocean view from any location. Had an issue with freezer leaking onto floor but was quickly resolved by management. Outside needed some upgrades. Table and chairs were peeling and crumbling. Bar area and barbecue were old and need to be replaced. Bath towels were thread bare and had rips in them. No can opener. Backyards on neighboring houses were lovely. This one needs TLC.
