This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house sits on a breathtaking soundfront lot and is equipped with its own private dock located right off the back deck to make fishing, boating or even catching up with a good book a breeze. With water views from almost every room in the house, you'll never miss a sunset whether you're soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the spacious decks around the home. The home has a spacious yard and an enclosed outdoor shower to allow for rinsing off the sand and salt easily! Conveniently arranged with all four bedrooms on the main level, nobody will miss out on the family fun taking place throughout the home. A fully-stocked kitchen and seating for 10 is the perfect location for family meals any day of the week. The upstairs rec room ensures that even on a rainy day, the fun doesn't stop. Set up with a pool table, foosball table, arcade game and even a wet bar, there's entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Beach Access: Just a quick drive from the house! Jennette's Pier offers a large beach parking lot, bath house, outdoor showers, wooden walkway and is right next to the 1000ft pier with an aquarium, gift shop and a perfect spot for fishing. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Policy Strictly Enforced. Boat lift and dock west of home is not for guest use. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
