They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! スタッフの方はとても感じの良い方達でした。お部屋も広々していて6人で過ごすのに充分でした。ただ床に髪の毛が落ちていたので、少し気になりました。 あと、２階のEV横の女性トイレの１つでどなたかタバコを吸っていた形跡が。便器に吸い殻があり、便座にも灰が付いてて不快でした。少しタバコの匂いも。あと、システムトイレじゃなかったので、子供がお尻が冷たいって嫌がってました。食事は美味しかったですが、子供の食事が定番のハンバーグにエビフライで、せっかく海の近くに来たのだから海の幸が食べたかったと言ってました。
