The most hospitable staff, especially the Japanese front desk staff! The rooms are well maintained, although I am not a fan of the strange, bouncy "tatami" floors (and the small dead roach in the bathroom area was a bit shocking). I love the drinks lounge with the gachagacha capsule machines. The meals were amazing and fun!

チェックイン時の説明が非常に分かりにくかった。チェックイン当日が台風だったため、前日に旅館に電話し、遅れるかもしれないので夕飯を遅らせられないか聞いたところ、まず一回目は確認して折り返すと言われたが4時間経ってもこず、こちらから再度電話をし夕飯の事を確認したが、あまり遅らせられない、片付けのこともあるしなるべく遅れないで来て欲しいと言われた。台風が来てて交通機関が駄目になるかもしれないのに全く融通を効かせてくれない事にまず不信感を抱きました。2泊3日だったがの朝食の内容が2日連続同じだったのもマイナスでした。夕飯の時間は早い順で埋まっていくのでチェックインが遅ければ遅いほど早い時間の夕飯になります。またこの旅館に来たいとは思いませんでした。

スタッフの方々は親切で、とても感じが良かったです。 海が見える部屋で食事も出来て、料理も美味しく、お腹いっぱいになり、とても満足出来ました。 ウェルカムドリンクサービスもあり、ゆったり出来て居心地良かったです。 部屋の匂いは少し気になりましたが、家族旅行で泊まれてみんな良かったと言ってました。

建物は年数がたっているようですが、立地、環境、サービスに至るまでとても満足しました。温泉においても海を一望できる眺めの良さ、温泉においてもとても満足しました。是非リピートしたいと思います。

景色が綺麗でした

丁寧な接客でしたが多少ばたばたしてる感じがありそこが少し残念でした お部屋からの景色はとてもよかったです! 料理の味はとても良かったですがどれも少し冷めてしまっていたのが残念でした

ディナー　朝食ともに　がっかりの内容です　ビジホの方がまだましです。従業員の方も悪気がないのはわかりますが人出不足なら制限受入制限されたほうがいいと思います。海が目の前なんで改善すれば人気のホテルになるはず
