While it was the largest room so far on this trip it was not the best. For some reason I was put in a smoking room and it stank. Bad. The floor had stains all over it too. Bed was hard as a rock.
Location wise, it's in a great spot right near the stations - Enshu and Tokaido. Staff were friendly so no complaints there.

Nice clean modern property. Area around is tea growing. The hotel is in a convenient location to catch train ( Shinkansen) and for major roads, paid parking around property is very reasonable. Would recommend

The room was spacious and clean. Furnishings are dated. There is no elevator security, so anyone can travel the elevators. Breakfast buffet was decent. We stayed 3 nights. We came for the musical instrument museum .
