Pool is an extra plus, and breakfast is good also. The property does appear dated and the bathrooms could do with a refresh. This is one of the worst establishments that we have ever stayed in. I wouldn't even call it a motel, forget about calling it a resort. We had booked 4 rooms as we were a group of friends traveling. The bathroom drains were clogged and even after asking 4 times to the hospitality team to get it unclogged, they did not act on it. There were no amenities in the room. I was very happy and so went back with a guest from Kashmir! However, this time (August 2022) I found the KK property deteriorated, the lamps dirty, and the bathrooms old with patchy floors. I had to stay on till 5 pm in KK They charged me a full days rent to do so although they showed me no written policy on the matter. In case, I will try not to go back! In fact, the manager insisted that I had not paid, luckily I had my booking sheet printed out and showed him that I had already paid.
