Although the resort had some positive aspects, there were significant issues that overshadowed its potential. First and foremost, one of the major drawbacks was the limited availability of hot water. While we expected a comfortable and relaxing stay, we found that the hot water supply would run out after just an hour of usage. This was highly inconvenient, especially during chilly mornings or after a long day of exploring the area. It significantly impacted my overall comfort and left me dissatisfied. On a more positive note, the location of Kavya Resort was pleasant, offering beautiful views of Nagarkot and its surroundings. The staff members were polite and courteous, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests.
