We trusted the pictures and the reviews and we are so glad we did. The surrounding is magical and you almost feel like you are in a castle or something! It's a bit far from the action so either you walk or you take the car but we liked it so much that instead of eating out, we decided to buy food and eat on the balcony instead. The view was breathtaking. The room was just beautiful! And the views were great. My only complaint is that we could only spend two nights there, wish we had more time! It was so peaceful and beautiful. Its a short drive or 20 min walk to town, and once you've been in town you appreciate coming back to this property for a peaceful sleep. The staff are incredibly helpful and had great local suggestions for dining options. We had slow morning coffee overlooking a lime orchard, and evening wine with a lovely view of the palamidi. The location was beautiful and serene. The views from our apartment windows were stunning and the staff accomodating and helpful. The house is only a 5 minute taxi drive to the city center so you get the peaceful relaxation of the countryside and the option to go into the city center for shopping and restaurants. Truly wonderful place.
