Apartment of a new second-floor apartment building in the center of Nafplio, fully equipped and ideal for couple, is in a quiet area overlooking Palamidi. It is only 100 meters from a supermarket, café-bakery, shops, etc. Just 800 meters away is the Old Town (the historical center - the sights) and the beach of Arvanitia. Also a 10-minute drive away is the karathona beach. Parking is easy on the road near the entrance of the apartment building. The apartment consists of a single comfortable space (studio 40 sq.m), a new double bed and anatomic mattress with aloe vera for light snacks. features a sofa, a glass table with two chairs, a desk and a library with two office chairs. also electric appliances are: fridge, kettle, cooker, microwave oven, ironing board, elliptical gym, 50-inch LG (netflix), stereo hifi, Wifi internet connection, air conditioner inverter, electric heater etc (with bath, facial, soap), an electric hot water heater (30 minutes), a washing machine and a dryer. Also on the veranda there is a clothes strip, a table with two living rooms and a view of the Palamidi Castle.
