Nado Lake Park

Overall, I had a nice stay and found the hotel comfortable and conveniently located. My room was nice and generally comfortable, and the staff were polite and welcoming. That said, the hotel is definitely starting to show its age. There was noticeable wear and tear and some visible damage in my room that could use attention. The television was also quite old and outdated—not a Smart TV—and the available viewing options were very limited. Another challenge for me as an international guest was the language barrier. During my stay, I did not encounter any staff members who spoke English, which made communication difficult at times. I completely understand that I was visiting Brazil and do not expect everyone to speak English, but having at least some English-speaking support at a hotel that hosts international travelers would be very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I think some room updates, newer technology, and additional support for international guests would significantly improve the experience.

Tivemos uma experiência excelente no hotel fazenda! Fomos eu e minha namorada e gostamos muito de tudo. Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem atendidos e percebemos o cuidado da equipe em proporcionar uma estadia agradável. O ambiente é muito bonito, tranquilo e bem cuidado, com bastante espaço e uma ótima conexão com a natureza e os animais, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Também destacamos a limpeza e a organização de todos os ambientes, que estavam impecáveis. É um lugar que transmite muita tranquilidade e permite realmente se desconectar da rotina e aproveitar o momento. Com certeza foi uma experiência muito boa e que pretendemos repetir. Recomendamos muito para quem procura um lugar agradável, tranquilo e em contato com a natureza!
