The hotel is very unprofessional! I arrived late for the check in and they didn’t have rooms available, then I asked for a refund but they didn’t accept. Poor management and weak customer service.

O hotel é muito bonito, quarto grande e café da manhã ótimo. Mas no quarto de casal dormimos muito mal pq eram duas camas juntas e cada uma tinha um tamanho então estava ficando um buraco no meio da cama e a cama fazia muito barulho ao deitar e levantar também.

Cama horrível, era casal e tinha um buraco no meio, o estacionamento é complicado e mesmo parando certo tem alguém da recepção te ligando para colocar o carro num lugar ou outro. Muitas regras desnecessárias, diárias muito caras para uma roupa de cama velha e já desgastada, e um colchão todo deformado. Se fizer a reserva por aplicativo, te colocam nos piores quartos.

Ar condicionado quebrado e não tinha como substituir o quarto ou arrumar, vaso sanitário com mofo, velho, toalhas manchadas, lençóis sujos e rasgados. Muito barulho vindo da cozinha durante o horário de café a partir das 06:30 da manhã. Funcionários foram cordiais e faziam de tudo para satisfazer o cliente.

O quarto estava muito limpo, as meninas foram sempre muito prestativas, limparam o quarto todas as vezes que foi solicitado, todos os funcionários são muito educados. Só o café da amanhã que deixou a desejar, passamos 5 dias nele e todos os dias foi a mesma coisa, só modificava os bolos, mas as outras coisas sem muitas opções de escolhas.
