"All was great but our door key fob was expiring every day and we would go to front reception to address On our 3rd day come to find per the receptionist that the person who checked us in ran it on a day basis instead our entire stay This was a little hassle and the Management should train their employees throughly while checking in their guests. "Booked 2 rooms - a 2 and a 3 bedrooms for one night. Apartment sizes, space and facilities available were great. Had everything we needed. Just need a bit of final check to ensure everything is well clean as some things in the bedroom have dusts on them and some towels have visible dirt on them. Food was okay with prices for food and drinks at the cafe were reasonable. Pool need a bit of makeover. Overall nice and big apartments for families."

"Everything about this resort is top quality. The staff, all native Fiji, are beautiful friendly people that make it a pleasure to stay here. The grounds are so spread out such that there is always a place to put your towel down on a lounge chair in the shade."

"Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and wonderful. Food was 10 out 10. We paid lots of money for the villa that was not up to par. "
