Just 9 miles from downtown and 11 miles from the SFA campus. Nestled in the woods, enjoy nature and wildlife for a relaxing stay. The road to Nacogdoches is paved except for the first mile, where you travel down a beautiful gravel county road, winding through the heart of the piney woods. It sleeps 4 with a full-sized futon in the den. \-For direct booking platforms, a $200 damage deposit will be pre-authorized on your card the day before check-in and released within 14 days after checkout if no damages occur, per our rental agreement. The door code will be provided only after approval. For Airbnb bookings, no deposit is required, covered by Airbnb’s Host Damage Protection. \-No pets are allowed for direct booking platforms or Airbnb bookings, except service animals as required by applicable laws (e.g., ADA) with documentation upon request. \-Check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
