The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

The luxury room had no window or balcony as we had expected. The room was dark with poor lighting. There is no roof top pool but a large jacuzzi. Clever photography. Staff were fabulous.

We loved this boutique hotel, the location was excellent in centre of Old Quarter. The beauty of the hotel was only surpassed by the friendliness of the staff, we would like to say a special thank you to Jacob and Khristain we made us feel so welcolme . Breakfast was lovely with as wide choice of food. We defiantly recommend this hotel.
