The room was spotless. Check in very easy & fast. The location is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. Next door is 24 hour convenience store, very handy. Your staff, Victor, Ruby, Vivienne & Wayne are credit to the hotel. They are so helpful and patient. My stay was made totally hassle free by them. Highly recommend

As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

The hotel room had no windows, and I had to pay extra for it because my wife has claustrophobia. I paid an extra AU28.50 each day to move to a room with windows.

Clean and quiet room, great location in the old quarter, very welcoming and helpful staff, great breakfast. Giving 4 stars only because there was no fridge in the room and the bed was only somewhat comfortable, but definitely not the worst bed I’ve slept on in SE Asia!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good vibe and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Old Quarter
