The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

The pool gets serviced weekly on Fridays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.

The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.

BBQ Grill is a propane gas, one tank of gas is provided, any other refills will be charged to the guest.

Rowing competition at Tempe Town Lake

A nightmare. Only one functioning bathroom for 6 women rowers. We were visiting for competitive rowing races on Tempe Town Lake. I spent most of two days distracted from my races, just to try to get the toilet repaired. When I asked for partial compensation, was told that "definitely there would be no refund" and that "thats the way these things happen" and "unforseen circcumstances are not preventable". I guess the payment one makes for a rental does not guarantee that you will have the ammentities described.
