The staff was friendly, and we liked that they had postcards, stamps, and some locally made Icelandic wool sweaters for purchase. Our room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated its private bathroom. The meal we had for dinner was outstanding as well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the picture on the listing is not the same as the room that we received though. We thought it would be one of the personal, detached cottages (as in the picture), but it was a room in the long buildings where there are multiple other rooms.
