  • FANTASTIC first floor direct oceanfront efficiency with King Bed and pullout couch to comfortably sleep 4. The views are amazing and you are literally steps away to toes in the sand!! Also steps away to the St Clements outdoor grille and bar right next door. Our home is your home. Enjoy the incredible ocean views and listen to the waves crash upon the shore as you relax on the first floor balcony with a morning cup of Joe or a glass of wine all day! Your kids will enjoy the 43" HDTV w/DVD Player to watch their favorite movies. The room was dated,,bathroom shower was loud and hard to maneuver. Overall we had a place to rest our heads and for the money it was reasonable.Beach access was amazing. Accommodations met our needs. Parking in the parking garage was a huge plus.

I’ll say this- most beachside destinations we have been to have large sand dunes and yards of plantings to stabilize the beach. This was the first location we stayed in- and probably indicative of Myrtle Beach where we are in a ground floor unit. (Beautiful front yard in this case with hammocks, chaises, then an unobstructed and flat transition to beach beyond. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the view and convenience factor to the beach. We went and stayed using Uber, really not understanding the lay of the land in North Myrtle Beach. Recommend having a car if you want to get out to a lot of things- it if you really enjoy the connection with the beach most of the time, it needed. Great stay.

Clean and cozy! Steps from the ocean, as well as a beach-front restaurant with great burgers and drinks. Lots of beach equipment available for use, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, and toys!

Excellent Myrtle Beach Stay

We cannot stress enough, how great it was to stay at Jay and Susan’s Beachfront apartment! Very short walk just outside to the beach, the apartment itself was super clean and was very comfortable. Myrtle Beach itself was a great time. We will certainly be booking here in the future.

Much needed get-away

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was the perfect location and had everything we needed for a couples getaway. I loved being on the first floor. All of my favorite things

My niece and I come every year and do our Christmas shopping. We love it because the view is amazing as well as the location. It is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. It is an awesome weekend of all my favorite things my niece, shopping, eating and the beach. This is the perfect location for us to bring everything together in and wrap also. We plan on coming back yearly.

Nice for a weekend getaway. The owners were super to work with. The cleaning service could certainly do a better job for them. It was ok, just small things like cleaning in the corners, cleaning the sliding glass doors. Definitely take your own sheets and pillow cases, for comfort. The linens were clean, just kind of scratchy. Great location, very family friendly, parking was good.

Amazing beachfront property

Location makes a big difference. You could just pick a chair and walk to the beach in couple minutes, without going though elevators, without walking for blocks, without stress of packing chairs/umbrellas/drinks as you could comeback for anything back to the unit. Unit is well stocked with all that I needed. Parking is plenty across the street. Easy access to unit from side of building for dropoff/pickup from car. Good onboarding, checkout instructions and timely responsive communications.
