I’ve stayed here many times. It used to be much nicer. The parking deck is incredibly small and it was roped off for bikers even though some of us had been there for days before. The lady at checkin was rude. We were not told how to access WiFi or how to get into the pool/hot tub area. One room had roaches in it also. Do better! Disappointing.

Room not updated for the price Carpet just shampooed which was nice but still wet Ac turned up high to help but when you wiped the front of the vents black mold like substance came off, Ac emitted an intermittent beeping sound and very concerning was the lobby restroom which had been cleaned with undiluted bleach which was reacting to create toxic fumes . Once inside I struggled to open the door to exit because it doesn’t open freely. My throat, eyes and nose burned for hours. Imagine a child with asthma trapped inside. We would not have stayed there if we inspected the unit in advance.

Beautiful and clean place to be .

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in took a while, and we were not told that there was a water line break. We got to our room to see numerous fans and a large dehumidifier in the center of the kitchen area. Returned to desk and was told they needed to stay in the room

Overpriced room paid for amenities that we did not receive. No sofa bed as described, tv not working in one bedroom, room safe not working because they “now use different room cards that do not open the safe”, and hot tubs were closed even after verifying 3 days before they were open. Highly disappointed with this lodging.

We had a lot of fun the hotel wasnt bad for the price. It had enough room for the family. Our neighbors were really obnoxious and loud so we couldnt even go on the patio.
