This process will begin on September 2, 2025 and continue throughout the remainder of the year. This process involves construction activities on the facades and balconies of the condominiums and may temporarily limit the use of the building's amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The work will begin on the 15 “stack” (units ending in the number 15) and will proceed to lower numbers as each stack is completed; however, we don't know how long each stack will take or when the work will be performed on any other stacks. Relax in one of the lounging chairs on the expansive sundeck or go for a swim in one of the resort pools, which are open year-round. Royal Garden Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even kiddie pools! An onsite beach bar and grill offers food and drinks. I ordered a bike and beach set up….I got linens and towels for 6 people..it was just me! No exchange, no effort to get the items ordered. Oh…1 roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels…I always have extra rolls left, salt, pepper, dish,clothes detergents …do the cleaning people claim all the items left for the next occupant?
