The condo was very nice well appointed. The beds were very comfy even the sofa bed. The ocean view is awesome. The condo itself was small but was not a problem for this family of 5 we spent most of our time on balcony and exploring Myrtle beach.

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been for the cost. Kitchen and bathrooms were not acceptable and floors were horrible. Location of the unit to the beach was great.

This was the perfect condo for a family weekend getaway! The views from the balcony were awesome; and the condo was well appointed, newly updated and sparkling clean. The owner provided most all of what is needed for a stay. Just bring food and drinks and enjoy! Very hospitable! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

The condo was nice but wasn't as advertised. The indoor pool at this time of year was a big factor for choosing this rental but the pool was closed for construction when we got there. The photos showed one room having (2) twin beds but that wasn't the case when we got there. For the most part it was clean except the floors. There seemed to be a lot of hair/dust on the floors. One of the bathroom sinks wouldn't drain very fast. Other than those minor issues everything seemed nice and newly renovated. It was in a nice area and had easy access to the beach.

The condo was really nice and the closeness to the beach was great. Unfortunately there was some construction on the building while we were there the pool was closed and lots of closed off places, we wont stay at that resort again. Myrtle beach was awesome but completely disappointed in Renaissance tower

The room was dirty and not been cleaned, tried to get someone to come out and clean. It took four days. Ation with everybody was terrible. Took anywhere from 15 to 35 minutes for an answer on the phone. Amenities were not open at all due to the construction.

This condo was beautiful and everything we wanted but unfortunately we only stayed one night due to the Renaissance Tower that this condo was located inside was closed down and we were evacuated. I will say that Elliot did a fantastic and surprising quick recovery by getting us into another condo about 15 minutes North, however that condo was not as nice, but still closest to the beach. We also got a small refund for the difference in price.

The space was extremely small. This unit should NOT have been rented @ all!!! The lamp stand in the bedroom was broken & never replaced. The balcony was NOT usable on any level. The entire carpet on the balcony was coming up off of the concrete & this issue was NOT repaired. The sliding glass doors leaked water inside the unit & onto the floor. Elliott Beach Rentals did their very best by relocating my family to a much better condo! The management team was phenomenal. This unit needs REPAIRS! The owners need to take better care of their property. The attendant @ the front gate was a NIGHTMARE! Very UNPROFESSIONAL & lacked any type of customer service training.
