Beautiful, comfortable and spacious! Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand.

*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

*Fully stocked kitchen with all basics

*sleeps 8

*lake and pool view!

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds

*1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pet friendly: pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. (more details look for 'house rules')

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $25 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on premises.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Great condo

The condo was in a great location. Just a few minute drive to the beach and to broadway. It was clean. Stayed very cool. Has a pool right next to it and a great view of the lake.

Great area to stay

Great area to stay. Ideal for pets with walking trail. Convenient to Myrtle Beach convention center which we were there for an event. Great security there. Be mindful of additional various fees added to the price per night Ad after you select your booking, in addition to taxes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach! The unit is located on the second floor and was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the peaceful view of the lake from the balcony. It was such a relaxing spot to start and end the day.The location was perfect, just a short drive to all of our favorite spots like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and Market Common. It was also super convenient being close to a grocery store and other essentials.The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, sugar, and all the pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. Communicating with the host was a breeze. She was kind, responsive, and truly lovely to work with.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Myrtle Beach!
