Beach Service will set up by 9am and remove at 4pm each day. Umbrella and chairs must stay where the beach service places them. This 2 story 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home accommodates up to 10 with 1 California king, 1 queen, 2 doubles and 2 sets of bunks. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Use of the premises, including all Portofino I common areas, is limited to the registered guests at the property. NO parties or group events that exceed this property's occupancy (10,) for example, weddings, receptions etc. Full size crib available for downstairs bedroom upon request (bring your own crib sheets). This was our 3rd year staying here. Some upgrades were made after our first year there, and could use a couple more improvements. The sofa has a very strong mildewed odor so we had to put covers over it just to sit on it. The downstairs bath has a lot of mold around the handle which needs replacing. This year we discovered bats in the attic. It wasn’t terribly disruptive although you could hear them at times upstairs. But watched them fly out in droves at dusk.
