### Pelican's Landing Unit 318 - Ocean view

Summary:  
  
This spacious, top floor condo with sights of the ocean is located on a peaceful section of our beach known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which allows the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!  
  
Per HOA guidelines, at least one guest in the booking party must be 25 years old or older in order to check in  
  
The Space:  
  
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!  
  
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.  
  
Entry: There is an elevator. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.  
  
Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.  
  
Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors. Sofa bed!  
  
Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 King bed. TV.   
  
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\.   
  
Bedroom 2: Two single beds. TV.   
  
Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2\.   
  
Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Half bathroom attached. TV.   
  
Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3\. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.   
  
Balcony 1: Spacious. Sights of the ocean. Incredible for outdoor dining, card games, or meditation!   
  
Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1\.   
  
Pool: There are 2 complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations.   
  
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.   
  
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.   
  
Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pools.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
The complex is located in the peaceful Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.  
  
✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 13.3 miles  
  
🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 5 miles  
  
🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles  
  
🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 4.7 miles

Getting Around:  
  
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.  
  
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:   
  
1\. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.  
  
2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.  
  
No pets. Max guest count is 8.  
  
Per HOA guidelines, at least one guest in the booking party must be 25 years old or older in order to check in  
  
Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.  
  
This property is hosted by Myrtle Beach Destinations, a local vacation rental management company dedicated to providing high-quality stays and exceptional hospitality!

#### Great condo

Beautiful condo. Supplied with everything we needed , close to the beach. However pool was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves, no flatsheets on some of the beds, and blood stains on two bed, sheets, in different bedrooms. However, great location, screened in porch was great. Would stay here again!! Thank you!
