Three out of four units were very nice with updated furnishings inside and on the patio. My unit smelled like smoke and charcoal for grilling. I let the staff know, but nothing was done. I let them know again at checkout so they could hopefully clean it better for the next guest. It also had a small 2 seat very stiff pullout couch and 2 stiff chairs. This was very disappointing since the other units had sectional coauches or a regular size comfortable couch. The patio had 4 hard plastic chairs, the others had outdoor furniture. Couch chairs & table. My coffee pot leaked and was replaced twice after I had to go to the front desk to get one that would work. My daughter's units flooded and I needed to show pictures so they saw the urgency. We were told to have them pack up and store there stuff in our unit and they would get a new one. After multiple trips to the front desk, we were told the unit was cleaned and disinfected and they needed to move back in. I went in to look and there was still water on the kitchen floor. I called and let them know to send someone back up. After 5 hrs and alot of checking in on my end they moved back in. All of the staff were very nice, they just did not ever respond after takingmy nuber. I did all the leg work. The breakfast buffet was good for the price. The pools and bars areas were very nice as well.
