Place is nothing like pictures

Room smelled like wet dogs , did not have queen size beds full at best , blankets were thin as paper , matress are super hard with pee stains on them , will not be coming back ever

Dignified Diaster

The checkin process took literally 42 minutes just waiting in line. Once I got my room I did a room check and bed check. I found that on my mattress there was a huge pee soaked stain that was still partially damp. I called the front office and the offered to change the sheets (which someone already put fresh sheets on top of it as if it wasn't there) and when I declined and requested another room, it took them sending 2 other people up to look at it before actually agreeing to move me.
