There are a total of 3 kings, 1 queen, 2 doubles (in the guest house), 2 sleeper sofas, and 4 twins that can accommodate a total of 16 people in the main house and 4 people in the guest house. There is a large 15 x 30-foot pool on-site with a kiddie pool – a perfect addition for families with young children. A huge 9 x 19-foot outdoor spa cascades serenely into the pool, creating a wonderfully relaxing and inviting environment for weary travelers. Almost 1,000 square feet of wrap around porches with wooden rocking chairs provides the ideal spot to people watch or read a book and enjoy the shade, beauty and tranquility of this fine home. We were disappointed with the guest house being actually 2 separate bedrooms one on first level and another on the second level. It wasn’t even attached to the main house but we managed to fit all 18 people in the main house.. the pool was nice but only was cleaned twice by the cleaning people. They’re pretty ratty . I think it’d be a great idea if you’d put full length mirrors in the bedrooms . It’s tough to get ready without. The patio doors need to have handles on them . You really need a half bath at the pool level . I had a bedroom on the top floor so had to up 2 flights is stairs every time . The kitchen was well equipped . The common areas were comfortable. The pool was nice ( needs some tile work) but the hot tub only had one jet that worked .
