The property was beautiful but they have a lot to do to it. One of the bed was broken they said someone was coming to fix it and never came and we couldn’t enjoy the out door patio the chaos were broken too. And the check in process was horrible.

The pictures were better than the reality. The property was adjacent to a closed golf course that was overgrown. There was a musty smell when we walked into the condo and had to purchase air fresheners. Also, the mattress in the primary was similar to sleeping on a board. It wasn't all bad, but I would not stay there again.

Communication with the management company was either AI or else a very disinterested person. I paid a lot to leave this place early to move to a different rental because this place was so terrible and received no concern for my reasons for leaving. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price but I would not recommend this place for any price.

This was a very frustrating vacation rental. Check in process was delayed. Apartment was clean, but no TVs worked besides one bedroom. Especially traveling with family you can not cook dinner and watch tv or hangout in the living room due to no TVs. Maintenance NEVER came. The company is horrible is offering compensation. Not realistic with the rental of me needed a refund. This is absolutely the worst experience. Will not book again!

The screened in patio was covered with spiderwebs, the floor was not swept, the refrigerator had rust spots on the inside of the doors, also the top of the refrigerator was never wiped down, very filthy and the refrigerator leak water on the floor. The master bedroom sheets seem to be clean, but felt like sand and had to pull the sheets. The television cable was not working we could not get any channels to come in and had to buy a streaming thumb drive.

This place has roaches and they are everywhere their answer will set traps and spray as your in there as roaches crawl on our food on the kitchen counter while we were eating dinner. You get nothing but AI responses and auto replies of oh if you would like to stay longer here is a link for a deal. How about you take care of your customers with people not AI. I had to spend more money to find somewhere and wasted so much food and supplies of staying in this roach nest. Received an email saying they could not move me and no refund. DIRTY HOST HORRIBLE golf course is overrun by weeds. Don't go for the pool either asked for 2 days before we moved there is no key for the pool and they can't get you one.

For the most part the home was clean. The toilet cleaner and toilet tissue holder was overly rusted. None of the TVs worked. I contacted Julie but nothing was done about it so the whole weekend once we were in the home there was nothing to do. She reached out and asked did we wanna “pay” to stay later and we declined. However we did ask her since we couldn’t watch tv could she allow us a late checkout and she never responded until after we had already checked out. We wanted to sit on the balcony but the webs were so bad we couldn’t do that either.
