My stay was extremely disappointing. I arrived on 9/15/2026 for my daughter’s wedding, and problems began immediately. My first unit had no hot water, and I was eventually moved to another unit. That unit had a door that would not lock, leaving my belongings unsecured, and I was later asked to move again. On Friday, I was locked out of my unit for approximately 2½ hours. After multiple calls for assistance, I finally regained access around 3:05 PM. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss a significant portion of my daughter’s wedding, which was the reason for my trip. There were also cleanliness issues, including dirty ceiling fans, hair in the shower, and no trash bags. Someone contacted me and said they would look into my concerns, but my follow-up messages were never answered. I understand that problems can happen, but the number of issues, lack of communication, and failure to resolve them properly made this a very poor experience. I am requesting that management review my stay and provide appropriate compensation.
