It was extremely clean and the set-up was perfect for our family. We traveled with multiple families and rented multiple condos at the property. Of the four families, the condos that were managed by Thomas Realty were the cleanest, were ready on time, and all details were communicated very well. Our condo was clean and looked like it had recently been updated. I wish the online pictures had been updated as well. Please note: the guest bedroom has two full sized beds, not twins as pictured. Since we had to bring our own linens and we don't have twin beds at home, we made a special purchase which was a waste since we then had to buy and wash full size sheets (which we could have brought from home) when we arrived. They are tired and old and hairs on it that we’re not or so. Traveling with a 4 year old we were able to run to the condo from the beach with ease. The area was quiet and the beach was gorgeous. The only downside was the master bed.
