Since this gate is never left open, you will be given specific instructions prior to your initial arrival for your first time entering the community and will be given a gate key to use for the remainder of the stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size blow up mattress, a pack n' play for babies and toddlers, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet. This room also has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom has an oversized shower and two sinks. You will also be provided with the basics; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room. The second bedroom has 2 very comfy twin beds, a full size blow up mattress, a smart TV and a walk-in closet. The living room has a 50' smart TV with access to all of your favorite cable channels, including some of your favorite premiums. You will also have access to Netflix and a plethora of other programming apps. You will also have unlimited access of a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. On the property, you will have access to a well maintained, oversized pool (heated April 15 - October 15), 3 outdoor showers, a gym, a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a playground, a car washing station (to get that sand out of your car), and a putting green to perfect that putt ;). The Savannah Shores neighborhood is a short walk/golf cart ride to stores and some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. This community is also located less than a mile from the beach and blocks from golf courses and the Tanger outlets. Any reservation that includes bringing a dog will need approval before being able to book. If you are approved to bring your dog(s), you MUST include it on your reservation. You do this by adding a pet in the same place you add adults and children on the reservation. GOLF CART USE: MUST SIGN A SEPARATE CONTRACT/WAIVER AND PAY A $250 FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. Very convenient to shopping golfing dinning and just off the main hub for many activities. The complex itself was nice and quiet and well maintained. We felt very safe at this location and would highly recommend. The weather was good but not hot enough to experience the pool but it looked very nice and was just a very short walk away from the condo. The condo was well equipped with towels, linens and kitchen needs. There were a few small issues, but I will communicate with host who seems to be very receptive to suggestions. A hard copy print out of the 'Condo Guide" would be very helpful, lots of good information but trying to read it on my phone was a challenge. She responded very quickly to questions we had. The Boho Beach Condo was beautifully decorated and in a great, safe location. The condo was clean, the only small issue we had was dog hair in the condo. Loved that this was a dog friendly rental (we were able to bring our dogs!) but there was a lot of dog hair that was missed when the condo was cleaned from previous guests. Thankfully there was a vacuum in the condo that we were able to use. We enjoyed our visit to Myrtle Beach. Weather was lovely. Lots of beach time. We were very disappointed there was no patio with the rental, especially in Myrtle Beach! No balconies or patios in the entire complex. Arrival at condo was a bit frustrating as there were two locks and instructions did not differentiate which lock was correct. (Both had number codes!). We were used to the bottom lock…wrong! Photo might help here. Abundance of tv remotes added more confusion. Maybe a photo of them would help, too. Had to call Melisa. She was very nice!
