  • Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

    This rental features:

    -Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

    -Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

    -Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

    -Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

    -Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

    -Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

    -Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

    -Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four
