The balcony and its views are the best part. While visiting during March, the temps were decent, but when the wind picked up it could be chilly. However, the balcony has walls at either end and wraps around a bit, so you could still enjoy outside and be blocked from the wind depending on its direction.While we didn't really cook while we were there, the space seemed to be stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals in the condo.In the end, this is a great space and has the essentials to enjoy a quick or extended stay. I would not hesitate to book this space for my next visit to Myrtle Beach. ##### Graeme R. The unit was very nice and was well setup. Rooms were nice size and furnishing were in very good condition. The view of the ocean was excellent. The communication with the owner was excellent. There was an issue with the main shower's water pressure, but Scott had someone come fix that, and now the pressure is amazing! The master bed is super soft, and we would have preferred a firmer mattress, but that's a personal preference. Location is great! And the outside closet was so nice for our beach gear. This is our 3rd time staying in this unit and we had a very comfortable vacation stay. We really like this medium sized building with such easy parking under the structure. E3 is very convenient to the elevator. We had very good communication with the manager, and the check-in and check-out was very simple. We love the big two part balcony, the very comfortable king bed with ocean view, many pillow choices, large refrigerator and nice stove, (we do most of our own cooking) and nice outside closet with beach chairs to borrow. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the good internet service and also the smart TV. We hope to return! ##### linda S. It was definitely much better then expected .The unit was so clean and it was better looking then the pictures. The best part of the condo was the gorgeous ocean view balcony. I ate breakfast here everyday looking at the view. Also there was nothing wrong with the unit and everything worked. I didnt have to really contact Scott at all about anything and thats rare. Scott sends u a welcome email with every instruction and has notes everywhere for u to follow. All in all it was a great vacation. The unit also is very quiet theres no loud noises or any of that. My family is thinking of going back to Myrtle Beach next year and i wouldnt hesitate to book with Bittner Vacation Rentals again. ##### Christopher C. Everything we needed for a great week was available. Beds werecomfy, kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was ourfavorite part. Looks right at the ocean and was a wonderful place to sit and listen to the waves wash in. The buildingis right by the beach and there is also a pool with lots of room and chairs.All the places we wanted to visit in North Myrtle Beach were really close. Lots to do and lots of great shopping and eating.Scott was great to work with. Gave us very clear arrival instructions and very clear instructions for leaving.I would definitely stay there again.
