APOX 1 MILE TO BEACH We invite you to stay at our Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo (top- 3rd floor, with Elevator) found in the sought after Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas, in the Magnolia Pointe Community. LOCATION LOCATION! We are on the Golf Course, with Private Balcony and a Beautiful Golf Course View! We are approximately 1 mile to the beautiful ocean/beach. Our Condo is centrally located to ALL that Myrtle Beach has to offer (yet we are out of the hustle and bustle). Our condo sleeps 5, Great Rates and we also have many repeat guests. We have beautiful grounds, walking/ biking trails, 7 pools to choose from, 2 Golf Courses w driving range and their casual dining on site. We are approx a mile drive straight out of Myrtlewoods driveway to the Gorgeous Beach, (we provide beach chairs, toys etc) as well as close to Shopping, Restaurants, Entertainment, Family Fun, Cal Ripkin, Competitions, Conferences and of course Golf right behind us! \*\* Keeping our Condo Clean and Updated is our Number 1 Priority for Guests. \*Our housekeeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings, to be ready prior to your arrival. We came to Myrtle beach for a baseball tournament at Ripken Myrtle Beach! We are a family of 5! The condo was very nice (just as pictured). The check in and out process was extremely easy! Saw the photos online and the reviews and thought it would be a great place to stay just a few minutes inland from the shore. We loved how close it was to walk to the pool. The location is perfect for golf and our nightly adventures out to dinner. Super clean, great location, quiet, easy parking. Wonderful hosts.
