Immaculate 2BDR, 2BA condo in Magnolia Place is a 2nd floor end unit with plenty of natural lighting. This condo also has a balcony off the LVG RM area which is perfect for that early morning cup of coffee or those relaxing southern afternoons. Magnolia Place has several outdoor pools with charcoal grilling areas for owners and guests and is located between 38th and 48th Ave N in Myrtle Beach off Highway 17 Bypass. This condo is just minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
