The room was dirty it looked like the pictures but a watered down version. They give you 1 roll of paper towel and 1 roll of toilet paper to last u for 4 days between two people never staying again!!!!!!!!

I really like dealing with elliott rentals we were able to check in early and when i informed them the room smelled like smoke they offered to send an iodizer to the room. We love the convenience of being able to walk to everything. We were very disappointed in our room it was filthy we have several pictures of mold in the cupboards and just plain filth. The carpet was so dirty we wouldn’t walk on it without shoes or slippers on. The furniture was broken down the pillows were so flat you had to put 3 together to make 1. I bought cleaning stuff and cleaned the room myself. The realty company was showing the room the day after we got there and i didn’t think it should be shown in the dirty condition it was in. We didnt let the room ruin our vacation we had a great time. We come to Myrtle beach usually 2 times a year and stay at the Atlantica we only changed rooms this time because i liked Elliott Rentals check in policy better. I will be sending the photos to Elliott Rentals so they can contact the owners about the cleaning service they have for that property. They are seriously over paid

Anyone planning to stay in Myrtle Beach, avoid Elliott Beach Rentals and The ATLANTICA RESORT III 355, complete mess of a room. The photos do not do it justice, be thankful I cant add a smell to this post.

The check-in process was very smooth and easy. The property location was perfect for us and accessible for our favorite locations downtown. We loved the size of the condo, but did have concerns regarding the fact that it appeared pillows had not been washed both decorative and sleeping pillows when pillowcases were removed as requested at the end of the stay. The living room chairs were also yellowed and needed a good shampoo. The floors also left our feel black when we walked on them. Had we stayed longer we would have cleaned the condo. We would stay at the Atlantica again but would not stay in this particular condo given the above issues.

Horrible place

Walked into our room and it was not cleaned at all: very small,wallpaper peeling off wall in bathroom. No dishwasher or wash/dryer. Furniture looked horrible. Balacony so small and had rust furniture on it. The door looked unsafe. You could be in the room and hear kids screaming on the elevator while it was going up and down. Did not stay at this place......

Outdated. Toilet was broken but repair man came the next day. When I checked in the lady did not tell me about parking which was 2 streets away and did not point out that a code was needed to get in building. Once we were settled in everything turned out ok.
