  • Upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo with beautiful view of the golf course. This condo is on the 1st floor of a building that is located on the edge of the golf course. The condo is bright and airy with many upgrades, including a flat screen TV.

    We have decorated this condo with traditional top of the line furnishings and have spared no expense. Rent direct and save money yet take advantage of the same amenities. There are 1 swing king, 1 regular king bed and 2 singles plus a queen sofa bed, so we can easily accommodate 6 golfers with everyone having their own bed or a family of 8.

    Myrtlewood Villas is conveniently located just a few block from grocery stores, 2 miles north of Broadway at the Beach, and 5 miles south of Barefoot Landing and the great restaurants and shopping they both boast. Try some of our favorites, Festa Americana, Mimosas and Croissants Bistro& Bakery.

Great space for a family of 6!

We were in town for a dance convention at the Myrtle Beach CC. It was an excellent location, close to the beach, close to the convention center and excellent for our family. We had plenty of space to sleep, relax, enjoy the grounds and the pool while having the needed proximity. We would definitely stay again.

2024 Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

This property was perfect for our annual ladies Myrtle Beach golf trip. Spacious, clean and close to everything. The property manager was extremely easy to contact, and she was quick to respond to our inquiries. Great place to stay.

The condo is clean and we loved the updated bathrooms! The space worked well for 3 moms and 3 kiddos. We loved that the pool is within walking distance of the condo. Property is well maintained. We will be back!

Summer vacation

This is a awesome place to stay especially if you have kids it's super family friendly and already has majority of everything you need during your stay! My kids love the condo and this is our second time staying here.

Another Great Vacation in Myrtle Beach

This was the 3rd time in the past 7 years that we have rented this Condo. Loved the remodeling that was done with the flooring and the furniture. I always love cooking in the big kitchen, it’s very well stocked. The location of this condo always fits our needs and the whole complex of Myrtlewood is always nice. Will definitely be booking again on our next visit.

Wonderful condo

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Myrtle Beach condo. It was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The management was easy to work with and made our stay pleasant. The complex is quiet and clean. The pool was usually quiet but was pretty busy on the Fourth of July. It is convenient to Broadway at the Beach for restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again! Thank you!

We chose this condo because it's on the ground floor and because the convention center was a short drive for our daughter's dance competition. It was clean and our stay was nice. My husband left his toiletry bag hanging on the bathroom door. We checked out 7/11 so on 7/12 I messaged regarding the bag. Owner said it was found and they'll be happy to send it. I asked about shipping cost. I was told to contact Heather. I asked how to do that. Was told to read the check-in email she sent. The VRBO check-in message said to contact the cleaner directly if cleaning issue but ended abruptly with no name/contact info. I provided a screenshot to that effect. No response. Then owner left a voicemail with Heather's number. She insisted an email was sent from her personal email. I never received one so insisting won't change that. It took days for Heather to respond. Then Heather got sick, subsequent renters extended stay (allegedly) which she thought she texted about (didn't) & who knows what else delayed getting it from owner closet even though promised twice it would be sent (7/18 & 7/25) Bag has tracking label from USPS kiosk as of 7/28 but not moved in 24hrs. Hope it arrives Saturday 8/1. Paid Heather shipping by Venmo. Owner's not local so needs someone other than a cleaner who's not being paid to be a 'property manager' yet expected to act as one. Nice condo but was left unimpressed by owner communications and demeanor. Wouldn't stay there or any of her other 5 properties.

Baseball Tournament Trip

Booked this location for its proximity to the Cal Ripken Experience. Super easy to get back and forth to games. Utilized the proximity to Broadway on the Beach, as well. Owner was very responsive. Check-in process was delayed by cleaning company; however, owner was in contact with us during this process. Condo fit our family nicely. Complex was clean, pools were nice, and condo was a good fit for what we were looking for. Public beach access was within a 5 minute drive and very accessible. Only negative with our stay was cleaning crew was delayed in finishing by about an hour pushing our check-in to closer to 5pm. Once in the condo it was clean; however, one set of sheets needed to be rewashed (they had sand in them and makeup stains). This did not negatively affect our vacation, as we quickly through them in the wash and moved on with our stay.

Nice Getaway

The property had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. We had a couple small issues when we arrived but the property owner was easy to get up with & took care of the issue. Enjoyed our time here with family & would definitely stay here again. The location is great too.
