"Fantastic big room that was clean and fresh, and the decor attractive. The bed was so comfy, with multiple pillows to use. The breakfast pack was a bonus. So nice to stay somewhere that allows for more than one cup of tea and coffee each during the stay. "

"It was a new cabin set outside the castle walls. The castle was available for us to walk around in - that was fun and entertaining. Castle is a little tired and getting older but we enjoyed the wander - took us an hour &half. The only glitch for us was no extra blanket in the cabin for the colder winter night. I told staff that I thought this would be a good thing to supply. Excellent continental breakfast supplied as part of room price. Very enjoyable stay."

"We stayed for just one night but wish we could have stayed for longer. Jane was very welcoming, showing us around on arrival. The house is absolutely beautiful and furnished so nicely. There is heating and cooling in most rooms. Its a very short walk to the town centre. Would absolutely stay again, thanks Jane!"
