Part of an exclusive complex comprising three villas located in Bali, one of the most popular seaside resort villages just half an hour drive away from Rethimno town, this property stands on an 800-square-meter plot, providing ample space and serenity. With a cozy 70 square meters of living space, the villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The villa's prime location offers clear, uninterrupted views of the sea, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

The location offers a diverse array of activities for visitors. You can choose from four nearby beaches—Livadi, Varkotopos, Limani, and Karavostasi—all within walking distance. These wind-sheltered beaches are perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Additionally, the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea provide excellent opportunities for exploring marine life. The area also features supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops for your enjoyment.
The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
