Also despite repeated requests, we had no internet connection for our entire stay - not just a problem with phones, tablets etc, but meant the 6 televison sits, the large screen room music systems etc were all useless (After 4 days we had a visit from a "technician" who fixed nothing) - with no follow up or apology. Es gibt hier jedoch auch sehr viele Aspekte, die uns den Urlaub betrübt haben. An keiner Stelle in der Inseratbeschreibung wird angegeben, dass das Haus sich nicht in der direkten Nähe zum Strand befindet. Fussläufig und hürdenfrei ist ein Strand nicht gut zu erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich zudem weiter weg von den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - mal eben einkaufen oder essen zu gehen, geht nicht. Auch liegt vor dem Haus eine stark befahrene Verbindungsstraße - in unserem Sprachgebrauch würden wir Bundesstraße sagen - auf der der Verkehr nie ausbleibt. Also ist der Verkehrslärm ein Teil des Urlaubs. Unser größtes Problem bestand aber in dem mehrmaligen Ausfallen der Klimaanlage - zunächst für mehrere Tage, weil die Gefrierflüssigkeit fehlte und dann, weil sie immer wieder wegen der sehr oft in der Gegend vorkommenden Stromausfälle ausgefallen ist und es immer wieder lange gedauert hat, bis sie wieder kühlte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat dann aber gut funktioniert und für den längeren Ausfall der Klimaanlage wurden wir finanziell entschädigt. Auch schenkte uns der Hauseigentümer einen Restaurantbesuch am letzten Abend unsres Aufenthalts dafür, dass sehr viele Sachen nicht in Ordnung waren (im Untergeschoss kam es zu Überflutungen, ein Bett hat so gequietscht, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte, die Handtuchhalter fielen ständig ab etc. etc.) Man machte sich aber beim Bescheidgeben immer Mühe, die Probleme zu beheben. Es wär jedoch schön, wenn das Haus vor dem Einzug der Gäste auf solche Details überprüft werden könnte, damit man sich damit während des Urlaubs nicht beschäftigen und nicht ständig kommunizieren müsste und einfach nur abschalten könnte. ##### Xenia J.
