Adrianna Villa 3

At the central, northen part of Crete, the natural harbor of Bali is located. Surrounded by the Talos mountains and so protected from the storms and waves. We created 4 modern, luxury Villas, independent to eachother, in 2019. Suited with all the comforts you will need and 400 meters from the beach. An ideal point to quietly relax, explore the beautiful fisher village center or its nightlife around it. The location is suited aswell for you to start excursions and explore our beautiful island with its countless sights, cities and natural heavens.

The picturesque old center of bali around the fisher port offers quality bars and tavernas as well as the 4 beaches of the village everyone with they're own way of seducing you. Many souvenirs, clothes or beauty shops are here and there to explore. Some reminders to bring back with you as well as spa and massage centers for complete relaxation and holiday enjoyment.

We provide you with all the services and information you need, any time at the Xidas Garden Reception 50m down the road of your kingdom. Apart from that you can also contact us on social media, whatsapp, email or phone anytime.

Amazing villa in perfect location

Very modern and clean villa. Large rooms with lovely views from 1st floor balcony. Really nice welcome pack with their own olive oil which was really thoughtful. Easy access to Bali centre but far enough away to be so peaceful.

Excellent villa

We had a fantastic stay at Adrianna 3. The Villa is exactly as it looks in the photographs. The pool area is great, with sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. We loved the upstairs balcony too - it was especially lovely in the evening sitting up there. The Villa is contemporary and very secure, with up-to-date sliding patio doors everywhere, electronic shutters and much needed sliding mosquito nets. The air conditioning is excellent. Little touches, like the outdoor lighting scheme coming on automatically in the evening give the villa a nice luxurious feel. Bali is a great little resort. Walking to the bottom of the road and then down the hill takes a few minutes to reach some great restaurants (especially Mambo and Gallini). Turning right at the bottom of the road takes you to Livadi beach in 5 minutes walk, which has a great little promenade with beach bars behind it. Giorgos met us on arrival and showed us around the Villa, and the hotel is next door, so there is always someone to help if necessary.

Great location to stay outside of the major cities in Crete. Mini markets are located within wlaking distance as well as restaurants (~10-min walk). The apartment has everything you need, including full kitchen, washer (no dryer), pool, parking next to the apartment.

Perfect

The villa was beautiful, just as pictured. Peaceful but still within 10mins walk of bars, restaurants, shops & beach. The prom next to beach is lined with tavernas - great for a meal out. The area overall is quite hilly so keeps you fit! We caught the little train to Bali port and the furthest beach. Our host Giorgos was lovely, providing an extra sunbed and letting us check out a little later to tie in with our late afternoon flight home. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely welcome pack in the villa, with fresh fruit, wine and their own olive oil. All in all a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to anyone wanting some peace & tranquility but walking distance to all amenities.

Great place, located near beach and restaurants

Great property, modern, well laid out. Two good sized bedrooms and bathroom upstairs with a shared balcony looking over the hills behind Bali. Downstairs kitchen and living area great with access tot the outdoor eating area with bbq. Plenty of outside space with sun beds and a double lounger by the pool. All really clean on arrival and met by George who was helpful, also recommended a couple of places to eat. Beach and restaurants all walkable, with a good choice of places to eat and drink. We would come back which I think says it all.
