Upstairs, the villa features a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area and an additional comfortable lounge area, shaded and breezy, ideal for sharing meals with a view or relaxing with a book in hand.   
  
Inside, the villa offers a cozy yet refined living room with stone details, a plush sectional sofa, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern amenities, and the dining table comfortably seats 8—perfect for group meals or special dinners at home.
