My Mykonos Villa II is a stunning estate that provides the perfect setting for a laid-back, summer living experience. It is ideal for groups of friends and families seeking to unwind and escape from the pressures of modern life. The villa boasts a prime location, just 30 meters from the beach, and offers unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.  
  
The estate is designed to provide luxury and comfort, and it has all the modern amenities you would expect in a high-end vacation home. It features three independent properties within one building, providing ample space and privacy for up to 15 guests. The ground floor (78 m2) includes a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and two bedrooms with queen-size beds. The first floor (60 m2) has a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an outside mezzanine with another queen-size bed. The basement (62m2) provides an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with two single beds, and one separate bedroom with a queen-size bed.  
  
The estate's outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring a waterfall swimming pool, sun beds, and lounge sofas. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim, take a relaxing shower, or prepare a delicious BBQ meal in the barbeque area. The fully planted garden area further enhances the cozy feeling of summer vacation.
