If the cleaning lady is coming to clean and you say not now, even if you call 15 minutes later, she is not going to clean the room, telling that she already finished, this happened 3 days what it is a very poor service. The beds are really comfortable too. Areas of improvement would be that the map on the reservation was wrong, so I had to drive around for an hour to realise that you need to check into the main hotel, get the key and then the drive you up the hill to the guest houses. As the guest houses are new, there are quirks to be expected, but please do confirm the location of the hotel before you travel (call them for name and address for your GPS) and don't trust the Expedia map. Also there's no wifi in the guest houses yet, but again, these are new so give them some time.
