This was a perfect property. Madalina, the concierge, was exceptional with communication and made us feel very welcome and at home. She was very responsive, and ensured we were comfortable our entire stay.
Food was excellent, and we loved all of the waiters. Overall, it’s a beautiful space with excellent amenities and a great proximity to the beach. We will plan to return to Iria Blue so that we may have another relaxing and pleasing vacation.
We had a wonderful stay here —one of the best of our travels in Greece! After a sleepless night at a hotel that boomed loud music until 2 AM, and necessary last minute change of travel plans, kind staff-person Madeline welcomed us warmly, allowed us to check in early, and provided a beach recommendation that wound up being one of the most beautiful, memorable afternoons of our travels in Greece!
The hotel has been designed to reflect a wonderful mix of old and new —with modern amenities including two beautiful pools, a rooftop lounge, and gym, but with lookouts from the rooms that make you feel as though you are in a charming Greek village. This area of Mykonos is fabulous — walkable, laid-back, and with easy access to the most beautiful beach on the island. But the most memorable part of our stay were the wonderful staff —Madeleine, who welcomed us, and generously assisted us through our brief stay, and lovely driver Christian, who got us safely to the port, (early!).
Greek hospitality is unmatched, and this was one of the most lovely, memorable stays we enjoyed on the Greek islands —just wonderful, a blessing and gift!!
Great place, very friendly staff, fantastic location, just walking distance Gialos beach, next to the bus station and has a mini market / coffee / bakery with best coffee n town.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
The place was clean, only ick was that a cat had pooped down the stairs near our room. And we got harassed a whole night by a stray cat left my children scared to leave the room.
The restaurant attached to the hotel has amazing food, I found it was a 100% better than Avli Tou Thodori which people highly recommend. And there is another restaurant close by Nikos which is amazing too.
This hotel is amazing and has everything you’ll need, it’s actually more of a 5-star hotel. The service was perfect, we loved all the staff here. Eirini and Nikki in the reception were so nice and welcoming and helped us make the most of our stay in Mykonos. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming while the facilities have a modern and exclusive design. You feel at home here :)
The restaurant is very good and has very reasonable prices. You should definitely order the salt baked sea bass when you’re here. The waiters were so friendly and always smiling.
Clean room, comfy bed, clean hotel generally, really nice staff (evening front desk & breakfast waitress),
The air conditioner didnt work. The bathroom got flooded by clogged drain (fixed immediately), 15 minutes walk to scorpios. 20 steps to buss station. Breakfast is good ( I I let them know one day before ask them one day before for gluten-free options and it was provided)
everything was great stayed two women staff was lovely restaurant workers so friendly and gave good personal recommendations, we developed a nice relationship so it felt genuine and not just transactional
Me and my husband have just come home from an amazing stay at Iria Blue, the hotel is really lovely and aesthetic and our room was kept really clean every day. It is close to two lovely beaches and some restaurants as well as a really nice little bakery down the road which we really enjoyed going to every morning. The hotel as a whole is amazing and the amnesties such as the gym and parking are a bonus, but the thing which made it a great stay for us was the staff. Both Madelana and Helen (I hope I have spelt these correctly) were amazing through our stay, really warm and welcoming and extremely helpful in advising us on nice places to try and go throughout our stay. The people who worked at the restaurant were also great, the food was lovely and they was really accommodating. Overall a really great stay and we would definitely come back.
Iria Blue Mykonos is a really well managed property and I would recommend for any families coming over to Mykonos. The front staff, especially Nikki and Ionna were very warm and welcoming and provided us all the information a first time traveler to Mykonos would need. Breakfast was great and fresh and transfers provided by the hotel were reliable and often came at a lower cost than comparable Uber or taxi options.
We had an amazing stay at Iria Blue. The hotel has the perfect size and is not crowded at all. Its location is also very convenient to get everywhere within 10-20 min. The staff was also super nice and always helped with our wishes. The food was really good and we always found a spot at the pool. We would definitely come again!

A beautiful, very new and spotless hotel where the rooms look exactly like the photos—spacious and tastefully designed. From the first minute, Niki at reception welcomed us like family and was consistently warm and efficient throughout our stay. The whole team was extremely friendly; even the owner, in the last month of her pregnancy, was there every day—patient, smiling, and doing her best to help. Breakfast was excellent, the two pools (one heated) were great for kids, and the location is ideal: a short walk to one of Mykonos’s best beaches yet quiet in the evenings. We loved it and will definitely return!
The property is fairly new and opened a year ago. The room was spacious and had lovely decor.
Madalina and staff was friendly and very helpful. The property is walking distance from a nice beach with restaurants and shops. I didn't care for the breakfast options and the food wasn't as hot.
The only thing I wish they would change: they give you a key with your room # on the key to lock your door which was a little difficult locking. Also, if you misplace your key someone can have access to your room. Most hotels give room cards not a key.
Overall, this was a well kept property with nice pools and views. I had a pleasure staying there.
We had 3 issues with this accomodation:
1. The accomodation was in a sublet two bedroom apartment which was not part of the hotel - the place sat at the end of a long driveway
2. My girlfriend was cornered in the evening ambulance a man down the driveway - there was no security cameras nor any responsibility from the hotel owners for the our safety - they did not care.
3. The ladder that led to our courtyard had rotted and fell apart as I stepped on it.
I have never complained about a hotel in the past but this was a very poor experience. If you stay there you must insist on the hotel and no doggy accomodation.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here
I paid extra for a room with a hot tub, which was a major reason I chose this hotel — and it never worked. We notified the owner right away, and while she initially responded and claimed she could fix it, she did absolutely nothing for three straight days. No updates, no repair attempts, nothing. Eventually, she outright refused to help and stopped responding entirely, despite previously promising to "make it right." She was extremely unprofessional and clearly had no intention of resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, we weren’t the only ones with problems. Another group at the hotel had booked a room in the main building but were instead given a room in a shack next door — completely separate from the actual hotel. It was shocking and unacceptable.
Avoid this place at all costs. Poor communication, false promises, and total disregard for paying guests. There are much better places to stay where you're actually treated with basic respect.
