Nepáči sa mi, že si treba priplatiť za wellness centrum, zdá sa to divné, keďže sa inzeruje, že má wellness centrum, mysleli by ste si, že to bude zahrnuté

Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

I stayed here 2 nights in the middle of October 2018. I ran marathon race in the mountains. I knew the location from previous years, it was close to the race start. The problem was, that the reception was locked down after 4 p.m. Bath tube was not working right, not enough hot water.
The breakfast was average, no good coffee available, only powder for hot water.
