Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

Amazing breakfast and wonderful accommodations! The hotel was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly.

I'm sad to say the hotel has gone downhill on some fronts. In general the cleanliness of the room itself was ok (not great), but O really don't understand why the carpet has never been replaced with laminate or easier to clean flooring. Everytime we were in the room my eyes became red and my wife got an itchy skin. Staff was ok, some friendly and helpfull, others didn't even say hello or gave you the time of day. The breakfast is very good at the hotel, but the restaurant has gone downhill as in earlier stays up til 2025 we hardly could find a better restaurant in Bogota, this time we were disappointed by the dishes we got served.
