Great location if your are travelling about in a car. Looked like plenty of bus services but I didn’t use this. I was travelling back and forth to Irun so perfect for me. The room has great cooking facilities, bed was comfy, very updated look and shower was nice and powerful.
The gym facilities were basic but good for a quick cardio or stretching session
Cleaning facilities I looked to use them but my card didn’t work, 5-6€ per wash or dryer.

The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with great amenities.There is an option of having breakfast there and we definitely recommend giving it a try.
For us the hotel's greatest assets are it's staff members. Each of them is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond what we have experienced in other hotels. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Bilbao.

Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

"Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. ..."

"A really reallly nice hostel, each bed had its own lights and outlets. The cafe/lounge is very nice and breakfast is worth the 8 euro. Only downside is that noise travels quite easily through the building and there was a large group of teenagers having quite a lot of fun late into the night lol. ..."
